1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to help you return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the condition of the product and your preference.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. How to Return an Item

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If the item is not eligible for a refund, we’ll reach out to you with an explanation and can discuss alternate options, such as an exchange or store credit.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). In that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at flufandfriends@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item to help us process your claim faster.

7. Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll refund the returned item once it’s received.
